Why aren't my analytics updating?
If your Analytics page isn't showing recent numbers, this is usually just a sync delay — give it a few hours. If it's been longer than that, check that the relevant platform integration is still connected.
What you'll see
- Impressions, reach, likes or email opens missing for recent posts
- Older posts show data but nothing recent does
- The Analytics page looks otherwise normal
Why it happens
Analytics are pulled periodically from your connected platforms rather than in real time, so there's always some delay. If a platform integration has disconnected, its analytics stop updating entirely until it's reconnected.
How to fix it
- Wait a few hours — most analytics sync on a delay, not instantly.
- Go to Integrations and confirm the platform is still connected.
- For email, remember open and click tracking only works for emails sent through Ai-Mee's email system.
